The Big Buzz is open between 10am and 4pm on weekends, school holidays, and Public holidays (except Christmas Eve and Christmas Day), however, we may not be able to opperate in heavy rain. Please call us for our most updated information.

We can open outside of these business hours for group bookings.

We are closed for maintenence between May til mid Sept.

Adult (8 years and older) full-day tickets are $55. Kids (3-7 years) $45. Non-Active, which include the use of the swimming pool, is $10.

We absolutely do! Our business can open out of normal hours for groups when needed, however, large groups need to give notice in advance and groups with over 100 people get a discount. Please call on weekends to enquire about your group booking or party.

Our admission prices include all waterslides and activities, including our Toboggan Ride, laser tag and many others.

As of December 2025, the Gas BBQs will no longer be available for use.

Yes, we have a Food & Drink Kiosk and our menus include burgers, fish and chips and a variety of cold drinks.

The average maximum temperatures for the NSW Coast range from 16 °C in winter and 26 °C in summer, with the average minimum temperatures falling to 7 °C in winter and 19 °C in summer. You should dress according to the weather predictions and always pack your bathers for the pool and water slides. Don't forget to pack a jumper in winter!
